Use this checklist to make sure your recruits are taking their next steps:

▢ Send them to www.IAmTheUnlimited.com/onboarding

▢ Recruit watches all 3 videos on the site.

▢ They will be prompted to schedule an FNA w/Luis. If they are a part of a Field Trainer’s team, the FNA meeting will be reassigned to the Field Trainer.

▢ After completing onboarding, the recruit should understand:

• The importance of what we do and schedule their FNA

• Understand how licensing works

• Understand how the Fast Start Bonus works

▢ After this, they will receive access to the Fast Start videos. These are designed for recruits to start thinking the right way. It will also include Appointment Setting scripts.

Field Trainer Responsibilities:

▢ Make sure your recruit watches onboarding within 24 hours of getting started.

▢ Meet with the new recruit within 48 hours of getting started.

▢ Get your new recruit excited about FIELD TRAINING!

ALERT: On boarding & Fast Start videos DO NOT replace YOU building belief in your newest recruit. The reason for these videos is to give the recruit their next steps while you move onto your next meeting and to make sure every recruit gets the same information. YOU, Field Trainer are the tip of the spear in getting someone started correctly.
